The closest thing I could describe these as is Potato Bahjii's. Quite quick and easy to make, if a little messy, but ultimately well worth it
If you want to freeze them, fry for a minute and then allow to cool before putting straight into the freezer (they'll keep for a little while)
A delicious creamy frozen dessert. Recipe courtesy of my dad, best eaten on it's own but goes well with a chocolate sauce too
Lemon is the best (IMO) but variations of this can be made with strawberry Jam, Lime curd or Nutella
This recipe is actually a variation of my Chocolate Orange Sauce, though I first made it using Galaxy Caramel bars instead of a Chocolate Orange. Served one it's own or with a rich sauce, it makes a great dessert
This thick choclatey sauce can be reheated in the microwave, but doesn't keep very well so should be eaten within a few days. When cool it's quite thick, so generally you want to warm it before eating!
A lot less involved than a lot of the cheesecakes I make, but quick, easy and tasty! Works best if you pick the creamiest yoghurt you can find
Not exactly healthy, but very, very tasty. Well deserving of it's name though, so try not to eat too many. The optional addition of dairylea was the happy result of running out of Margarine late one night. It sounds weird, but give it a try!
A quick and easy twist on the classic bacon sandwich
I'm a fan of fried food in sandwiches, but sometimes a little adjustment can make a classic all the better. You can create a tamer variation by replacing the chilli with basil, but I like my food hot. For a real flameball add some Tabasco sauce as well
I first came across these as a teenager, and have been eating them ever since. It's got the perfect mix of melted cheese, bread and grease
