Ingredients
- 2 Rashers Bacon
- Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Tbsp Crushed Chilli
- Butter/Margarine
Method
- Fry the bacon in a little oil
- Whilst the bacon cooks, spread the Butter thickly on each of the bread slices
- Rub the crushed chilli into the butter on one of the slices
- Sprinkle the cheese over the other slice
- Layer the bacon onto the cheese and place the chilli'd bread on top
- Press the bread down firmly to flatten the sandwich a little
- Let stand for 20 seconds so the butter can melt and distribute the chilli
- Cut the sandwich into halves and serve immediately
