A delicious creamy frozen dessert. Recipe courtesy of my dad, best eaten on it's own but goes well with a chocolate sauce too
Lemon is the best (IMO) but variations of this can be made with strawberry Jam, Lime curd or Nutella

Ingredients
- 1 pt whipping cream
- 1 jar lemon curd
- 1 lemon (grated rind and juice)
- 8 meringue nests
Method
- Whip cream until stiff
- Fold in lemon curd, juice, and grated rind
- Crush meringue nests into small pieces and fold into mixture
- Line two basins with cling film (freezable type)
- Pour mixture into basins and freeze (about 5 hours)
