A lot less involved than a lot of the cheesecakes I make, but quick, easy and tasty! Works best if you pick the creamiest yoghurt you can find

Ingredients
- Chocolate Cookies
- Strawberry yoghurt (2 small pots)
- 500g Marscapone
Method
- Crumble the cookies into a pan and gently heat until melted and sticky
- Pack into a cake tin and smooth with a knife
- Mix yoghurt with marscapone
- Spoon over the biscuit base
- Chill for two hours before serving
