I've a recipe elsewhere on this site for something more like a Philly Cheese-Steak, but this is a lot quicker and easier to make, giving a very different sandwich
You can add red onions and even chopped tomato for simple variations

Ingredients
- 1 punnet of casserole steak chunks
- 1 Onion
- 50g grated cheese
- 2 Panini rolls
- Olive oil
- butter
Method
- Cut the panini rolls lengthways and butter
- Using a sharp knife, cut the steak chunks in half
- Peel and finely chop the onion
- Put some olive oil in a frying pan and heat it
- Put the steak and onion into the pan
- Fry over high heat until the steak is cooked
- Spoon into the panini roll
- Sprinkle grated cheese over
- Serve hot
