There really isn't much that beats a good baked potato, especially if it's covered in cheese and coleslaw.
Given that air-fryers are more energy efficient than ovens, with current energy prices there's a strong argument for baking spuds in an air-fryer instead. They come out just as crispy and are finished a little sooner

Ingredients
- 6 medium large baking potatoes
- Some oil (spray bottle is ideal)
Method
- Set the air-fryer preheating to 200c
- Give the potatoes a light coating of oil all over
- Once the air-fryer's up to temperature place the potatoes in
- Cook for 20 minutes
- Turn the Potatoes over
- Cook for another 20 minutes
- Serve with butter, cheese, coleslaw etc (whatever floats your boat)
