Ingredients
- Pack frozen fish fingers (preferably chunk)
- Baguettes or Panini rolls
- Butter
- Vinegar
- Pepper
- Salt
- Salad
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 (or whatever the fish finger pack says)
- Put the fish fingers in the oven for the time on the pack
- Cut the rolls in half
- Butter them
- Put some salad in the top
- When the fish fingers are cooked, put 2 in each roll
- Season with salt/vinegar and salt
- Serve hot, either on their own or with chips
