Fish Finger Sandwich

More filling than they sound, these make a quick/easy dinner or snack.

You can treat like a fish burger and garnish with mayo and salad, or more like a sandwich and top with other bits

Ingredients

  • Pack frozen fish fingers (preferably chunk)
  • Baguettes or Panini rolls
  • Butter
  • Vinegar
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Salad

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 (or whatever the fish finger pack says)
  2. Put the fish fingers in the oven for the time on the pack
  3. Cut the rolls in half
  4. Butter them
  5. Put some salad in the top
  6. When the fish fingers are cooked, put 2 in each roll
  7. Season with salt/vinegar and salt
  8. Serve hot, either on their own or with chips
