Ingredients
- Pepper
- Feta Cheese
- Kalamata Olives
- Cherry Tomatoes
Method
- Halve and de-seed peppers
- Stuff with crumbled feta cheese, olives and cherry tomatoes
- Drizzle with a little olive oil
- roast for twenty minutes at 190c / gas mark 5.
