Pork chops are something of a staple for us, but sometimes it's nice to add a small twist to them
This is simple to make, and can easily be changed to use Sweet Chilli, or Chive cheese instead

Ingredients
- 6 Pork Chops
- 170g Philadelphia Soft Cheese with Garlic and herb
Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 180c
- Place the pork chops onto a baking tray (make sure it's sufficiently deep to hold any run-off)
- With a knife, divide the Philadelphia tub into 6 parts
- Spread each part over a pork chop
- Put in the oven for 20 mins
- Serve with steamed veg, onion rings and chips
