I've written in the past about how good air-fried chips are, but they're not the only potato dish that benefits from an air-fryer.
Air-fried baby potatoes develop a nice crispy outer whilst remaining soft inside, because they can be seasoned in a ton of ways they go well as a side to a lot of other dishes.

Ingredients
- Pack of baby potatoes
- 1tbsp olive oil
- Seasoning (optional)
Method
- Cut the baby potatoes in half and put into a mixing bowl
- Drizzle a tablespoon of oil over them
- Add whatever seasoning suits (rosemary works)
- Mix the potatoes about with a spoon to cover them all in oil herbs
- Place into the air fryer basket
- Cook for 18 minutes, tossing half way through
- Depending on potato size, a couple of extra minutes cook time may be needed
