I had this recently as a side in a restaurant so thought I'd have a pop at making them.

Ingredients
- Punnet of Cherry Tomatoes
- Feta Cheese
- 4tsp Olive Oil
- Basil (fresh is better than dried)
Method
- Chop some basil (or take 3tsp of dried) and put into a mug
- Add 4 tsp of Olive Oil
- Mix together well
- Chop the cherry tomatoes in half and put into a large bowl
- Chop the feta up into small crumbly chunks and add to the tomatoes
- Drizzle the oil and basil mix over
- Toss with a pair of spoons
