I like this recipe because it's relatively low effort - I can do a little bit at the beginning, and then wander off and rest for a while once things have gone in the oven
The recipe uses packet Peppercorn Sauce to keep the effort low, but you can also make your own peppercorn sauce.

Ingredients
- Pack of 4 or 5 pork chops
- Pack of baby corn
- Pack of Mange-Tout or sugar snaps
- Handful of new potatoes
- Sachet of peppercorn sauce mix
- 1/2 pint of Milk
Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 180c
- Chop the ends of the mange-tout
- Put the new potatoes into a steamer
- Load the mange-tout and babycorn into a steamer
- Once the Oven's at temperature, put the chops on a tray
- Turn the steamer on and set for 25 minutes
- Put the chops in the Oven and set the timer for 25 minutes
- Go rest for 15 minutes
- Start making up the peppercorn sauce, remove from the heat once it's reached your desired consistency
- Serve the potatoes and veg onto the centre of a plate
- Place the chops on top of the veg
- Give a generous coating of peppercorn sauce
