A quick easy cool smoothie, brilliant in hot summer weather. Greek Yoghurt can be used in place of the bananas (which I can't stand) and to sweeten slightly, add a little honey

Ingredients
- Frozen Summer Fruits
- Bananas (if like me, you don't like Banana substitute 1/2 pot of Greek Yoghurt)
- Organic Apple Juice
Method
- Place all ingredients in a blender
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into a tall glass
