A spicy twist on the traditional favourite. Don't use cheap/poor Vodka, but also don't risk ruining good Vodka, use something mid-range

Ingredients
- 1 Bottle Vodka
- 4 Thin Chilli Peppers
Method
- Take a long piece of thread (or thin - clean - fishing line if that's easier) and tie the chilli's in a line at one end
- Carefully slide the chilli's, one by one into the bottle, ensuring sufficient thread is left outside to reach the bottom of the bottle
- Cover the top of the bottle with something clean and heavy (don't try and screw the lid on, you'll damage the thread)
- Leave for at least 48 hours, a week is better
- Gently pull on the thread to slide the chilli's back out, you may need to use a flat skewer to guide them
- Serve the vodka when ready - as ever ice-cold from the freezer is best
