Ingredients
- Trimmed leeks
- Wiltshire Ham
- Parsnips
- 2 Vegetable stock cubes
Method
- Sautee chopped leeks in a little oil
- Add chopped, cooked ham
- Add peeled, diced parsnips
- Make up and pour in vegetable stock
- Bring to the boil
- Cook until the veg are soft and tender
- Add a little ground pepper then liquidise
- Serve garnished with a sprig of thyme
