Quick and easy to make, this chicken stir-fry gets a Chinese style kick from the five-spice

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 3 peppers (mixed colors)
- 1 Onion (red or white)
- 2 Tomatoes
- 3 tbsp Five Spice
- Olive oil
Method
- Cut the chicken into chunks
- Seed the peppers and cut into slices
- Peel the onion and chop into chunks
- Cut the tomatoes into 8ths
- Put the oil in a frying pan/wok over a high heat
- Sprinkle the five-spice over the oil and mix to form a paste
- Add the chicken into the pan and stir so it's covered in the paste
- Fry the chicken for 5 mins until it starts to cook (if you use your spatula to cut a thicker piece, you want it to be white all the way through)
- Add the veg
- Stir fry for another few mins until the onion has softened
- Serve
