I've never been a huge fan of Apricot brandy, so it's nice to have found a use for it other than a fruitcake!

Ingredients

  • 30ml Dry Gin
  • 15ml Apricot Brandy (approx 1 tbsp)
  • 15ml Grenadine

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice
  2. Shake well and strain into a Martini Glass
