Not as nearly as quick to make as taking some frozen ones out of a bag, but you can guarantee the quality of the meat rather than wondering if they contain MRM. Can be frozen for use later too

Ingredients
- 4 Medium Chicken Breasts
- 4 slices of white bread
- 3 Egg Yolks
Method
- Leave the bread out on the side for a few hours until it goes quite hard
- Hold each slice over a bowl and crumble between your thumb and forefinger to create small breadcrumbs
- Lightly beat the egg yolks in a mug for a minute
- Chop each of the breasts into nuggets (you should get around 8 per breast)
- Sprinkle some of the breadcrumbs onto a plate
- Dip a nugget into the egg, coating it well
- Roll the nugget around on the breadcrumbs until it's well covered
- Put nugget on a plate and repeat for the others
- Either freeze immediately, or cook at 180c for 15 minutes (or until the bread browns)
